Princess Catherine

Kate, now Princess Catherine, was absolutely breathtaking in her Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen dress.  It’s a fitted white v-neck gown with “a long-sleeved lace overlay” and "a two-meter, 70-centimeter train,” according to People. Princess Catherine also wore an “ivory silk tulle veil, which was trimmed with hand-embroidered flowers” and “held in place by a Cartier ‘halo’ tiara, lent to Kate by the Queen.” Her diamond drop earrings are by Robinson Pelham and a gift from her parents, Carole and Michael Middleton. Her sister, Pippa Middleton, also wore McQueen.

Now on another note I have to say Princesses Beatrice, 22, and Eugenie, 21, (cousins to Prince William and Prince Harry and daughters of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson) looked like the evil stepsisters.  I adore their hats but for some reason I can't get Cinderella's stepsisters out of my head.  What do you think?

Yes I will be one of the millions of people who will be up at 4 am (on the east coast) to watch the wedding of Kate and William, and I have to admit I'm a little excited!

My new obsession, Matte Nail Polish.  I literally had a heart attack when I saw the new trend of matte polishes.  The only problem...I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars collecting all the new matte colors.  So I did a little searching and found this amazing top coat Essie Matte About You.  It can turn ANY of your nail polishes into matte colors...AMAZING!  I've tried it three times since I've gotten it and I'm in love, plus it's only $6, can't beat that.

I heart Lucinda Scala Quinn from Mad Hungry.  Not only are her recipes amazing but the girly girl in me is obsessed with her red nails...I know it sounds insane but I literally love watching her cook becuase she paints her nails red (I'm a crazy dork).  Anyway I've tried out the Spaghetti Amartraciana recipe (below) twice once on A and the second time on my family.  Both we're in love with it and let me tell you I think I might make a ton of sauce next time and freeze it so I can cook it up when ever I want pasta...like for breakfast (just kidding!). 

The second time I made it I added extra red peppers and it was a nice punch of heat.  I'm telling you try this recipe out you'll love it!
